Denver Maternity Photography | Chris, Candy, Colton and Baby C!

One of my favorite families and friends are having another little Cutie. This time it's a baby girl and the name is not yet decided but it will (of course) start with a C! We captured lots of maternity images the first time around so this time we focused on the whole family. I grabbed some really cute pics of Colton showing off his already stellar hockey moves (dad is teaching him well!) I can't wait to meet the new addition- maybe she will be a basketball player!?

This little area of their house was so perfect. The light was great, neutral colors and family photos hanging in the background. If you look close - you can see their wedding photo and Colton as a tiny baby! It makes it so personal when little details like that can be included.

 Checking out the baby bump!

 Some custom made onesies!

Denver Baby Photography | Peyton is 10 months!

This is little Peyton - who (along with her parents) flew all the way from California just to see me! Well I have to admit it wasn't just to see me - but lots of people here in Colorado who miss them dearly!!! You may remember this adorable little family from their Newborn Portrait Session. We were able to get together for a very quick little sesh before heading out for a fun dinner with lots of friends. We got a few good ones before Peyton informed us that she was a bit jet lagged and needed a snack. What a little trooper! Hopefully I can head out to see them sometime in CA!

Denver Family Photography | The Anderson Family!

The best thing about my job is my clients and nothing is better than a repeat client! This is the Anderson family -  I met them last fall and had the privilege of photographing them again this year. We had a great time playing around in their fun back yard.
I wanted to give a special thanks to their Grandma + Grandpa who were the best entertainment for little Ty and Ava - they are really good at making them laugh! Thanks again - I can't wait for next year!

In the image on the right - I asked the kids to show me how old they are - cute!

Ty sliding down the fireman's pole in his back yard - every kid should have one of these!
Oh did I mention the swings? So fun

I love that he flashed me a thumbs up - I didn't even have to ask!

Yep - that's a mini John Deere tractor they are riding around in. Ty was such a good driver - he does have a precious passenger

More fun outside
Catch the ball                       keep possession of the ball                             run!
I was there on a Sunday - the whole family plays fantasy football so it was fitting they we got in some real playing time

I asked Ava to tell me a story - she did a great job

Candy - the best reward for doing a great job while having your picture taken :-)

My shooting umbrella doubles as a fun tent
Grandpa really knows how to make Ty laugh
